I have a list of emails (prospects) and I wanted to send to some of them an email/ad. But when I create an email and paste a bunch of the emails (not all, just about 20-30, for testing) into the BCC and then click on Send, Outlook says that "Outlook does not recognize some of the emails ..." (probably all of them). So I am thinking that to get around this, I need to import all these emails into my Outlook Contacts under a new Group (e.g. Prospects). Google didn't help. Anybody knows how to do it? Or how to get around the message that "Outlook does not recognize some of the emails..."
TIA
UPDATE. Actually when I create a new group and than try to add members using the email list, I get the same dreaded message as above. I wish there was a way to disable this feature in Outlook.
