Start with the first error, solve it, an go ahead ....
The second may rise because you have the first one.
On that level (As far as I understand this is no EXE that has never run, but something inherited?) mostly it's some wrong gone environment on that. Just like missing DLL/FLL
And my €0.02 advice.
Try to debug your exe from a second instance of VFP, that has no PJX open. Check the ability of fpw files to raise a complete different IDE with different foxuser.dbf.
