You can try deleting your temp folder
\Documents and Settings\useraccount\Local Settings\Temp
..that fixed it for me once.

..or you might have an issue with the font itself and the windows registry....

Check the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts" key in your registry file...

If this is not there the font is not registered.
Take the font out of the font directory. Open your font manager (Control Panel -> Fonts) and reinstall Arial (File -> Install New Font).
Then check the system key again after you are finished and see if it's there...

If it was there - then perhaps the font file is corrupted? Try and download it and register it again...
