I usually allow js from the site itself, and then if necessary, from its *cdn sibling, but the rest is either some google spying site, or ad serving shit, which I happily leave filtered out. Sometimes the site just won't show what I want to see even after I allowed several likely candidates - well, then, I don't want to see it anymore.
Or when you click on the NoScript button, and there are so many 3rd-party sites linked/referenced that you have to scroll vertically to see them all - I bail out of those without trying to allow anything.
