31 credible incidents out of one billion ballots cast. So sure it 'exists' - but 31 out of 1 billion is basically nothing. There is NO WAY any reasonable person could come to any other conclusion that the GOP's voter laws, redistricting, closing of voting locations, having them moved to places people can get to is nothing other than the GOP rigging the system so that poor people, old people, and people that are not white are not able to vote.
As I keep saying - the GOP is using unfounded fears of something that doesn't exist, lies, and taking advantage of the naive and gullible to trick them into seeing something that simply is not there. Plus...seeing how this crap effects mostly the black and latino voters there should be no question that this is a racist action.
