the code you sent dont inform many things how to solve your problem.
1.what do you mean with "exe dont run from explorer" ?
do you see your exe interface when running (click or dblcick) from explorer?
in your project is there a config.fpw ? if no add one and add statement "screen =on" (or off) .

2.what is superdata.if its a cursor must be "readwrite" to accept data insertion.if its physical table (exclusive ?,shared ?).

3.Maybe also super is empty of data (then scan/endscan return any thing) and exit the scan
to test if data loaded really :
after "sele super" add a line "brow"
after "replace linexdata WITH ggg" add a line "brow"
