i confirm this observation on my windows10 pro & vfp9sp2.its certainly a bug.
i dont have Thor installed or a debugger in operation and i seen this missFunction.
this situation went time to time only , not always .(maybe some olecontrol embed on form, i dont remember)
the combo is the cause :it crashes in design mode (combo beside "procedure").
