I don't think I ever did 5 in 30 days, but the point is that you'd almost need to evaluate the nature/intention of the new message. But that might also take up quite a bit of time for you.
Maybe in that case, a submission like that could be something like an "Article", and a new thread pointing to that new article could be free of charge (?)
