to the UT webmaster

1-i am not a fan of ratings at all but i wanted to give ratings to some helpers:i press on "like" but anything
appears(1 gold star in principe).
is this is for subscribers only ?

2-by error i press "like" on my answer , i see it appears as 1 gold star on "my likes" (i removed it).
in principe this must dont allowed and must be corrected ?
