Hi Josh ----

Great answer. I believe, as well, that ErWin and PowerDesigner will do the same thing. I know that I have used PowerDesigner in the past to replicate VFP structures to Oracle and vice-versa.

It will allow you to reverse-engineer the MDB into an xCase data model. I think the new version will allow you to save one type of data model as another. This means you could just save the JET model as a VFP model and generate the DBC from there. I don't have the latest version so I can't test this. Go to http://www.xcase.com. If the info isn't on their web site I've had good luck getting questions answered by e-mail.
