I had similar idea, but finaly I was to lazy to incorporate it.

The overhead id not to large (compared with ever changing VCXs). I would do it if I could merge it. But this seems not a good idea.

So for that the effort I need to put into creating it (IOW including in my tool) is to big compared with the lost on the bigger repo. The tables I need to do this are not that big. It will only matter for some push / pull what is rare.

>most of the times we do not store dbf/dbc info in verson control, either GenDBC and/or Xml. Xml because there speed is much better than JSON and most of the times the dbf data needed in version control is not large enough to warrant sdf or csv for bulk loading.
