the monthView calendar is in principe located in (windows 32bits): c:\windows\system32\MSCOMCT2.OCX --- activex --- 647Ko
its shipped with vfp install and registered automatically with vfp9 installation.

to register it or unregister from VFP (run vfp9.exe as administrator)

RUN /N Regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\MSCOMCT2.ocx      &&register the ocx (successfull messge appears or error)
RUN /N Regsvr32 /u c:\windows\system32\MSCOMCT2.ocx   &&unRegister the  activeX ocx (messagebox appears)

or in windows start button execute :( for priveleges level : cmd window as administrator)

Regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\MSCOMCT2.ocx    &&register ocx
Regsvr32 /u c:\windows\system32\MSCOMCT2.ocx &&unregister ocx

As said previously,in vfp9 menu/tools/options/Controls Tab,if you check the ocx (MS monthview Sp6) its registered automatically if you press the button "save as default".
