A long time ago, while pgming in VB3 it was common for controls to start misbehaving, especially controls handing dates and money formating. The problem was worse when the total number of controls on a form approached 300+
The misbehaving would occur on controls that hadn't been touched since they were first installed. The only cure was to delete the control and replace it.

I had not noticed that problem on VFP5, but it is beginning to appear in VFP6, especially with comboboxes and grids.
