Yes - everyone knows that a president is only supposed to smile when they're asking followers to beat up protesters while volunteering to pay their legal expenses.

Kinda feel sorry for Merrick Garland though because I don't think he's going to get a fair shot at being a supreme court justice because the GOP would rather be a bunch winey looser a__holes than actually do their freakn job if there is a 1 in a zillion chance that it might result in Obama getting something done. Somehow they've come to the conclusion that there mission is to 'stop Obama' no matter what the cost to the country or the people in it, and this Merrick Garland guy is going to end up getting screwed because of it.
