That's another one. I manually code the deletion in the grid Deleted method, then end it with a NoDefault command. Most of the time I handle deletes any where but the grid.

BTW, I did try setting the record source to blank, requerying, then setting the source back, refreshing, etc., etc. Nothing worked until I changed the ReadOnly property to .f.
