This is weird ! there no drawn chart at all ?

verify these points
-system.app must be in application folder (do system.app) avoid locfile("system.app") in exe applications.(mark it as excluded in a proj).
-same thing for gdiplusX and foxchart class+system.drawing.h
-not sure : run vfp9.exe as administrator (avoid some priveleges problems)
-antivirus blocks the application ?
