I'm not sure what you mean by "can find it but can't open it". Once found, anyone using an Administrator CMD window can use the cd command to navigate to the folder and view its contents, or copy its contents to some other location. The folder contents are not encrypted or modified in any way.

In your first post you talked about "very high secure protection for a specific folder" and "what level of protection methods can give (i hope 100%)".

With this method you are relying on security through obscurity: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Security_through_obscurity . It does not come close to the specs you laid out in your original post. But, if you have relaxed your requirements since then, it may be good enough for you.
