Actually, I'm not so sure that it's wrong.
When I was knocking on doors for Obama in black neighborhoods and asking whether they'd support Obama one woman put it this way:
"Are you out of your mind? Who else would I support?"
Obama carried over 90% of the black vote in both of his elections.
Supporting someone because of his race is the same as opposing his opponent for the same reason.
I have no problem with that.
I have a problem with blind opposition or support of that person's policies for that reason.
For some people I know, there is absolutely nothing that Obama can say or do that won't draw a knee-jerk attack on him.
I know others that do the reverse.
That's not a good way to run a country.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
