I just solved a few minutes ago... And... YES.... The problem was about on my INNO procedure, was checked the option ONLYIFDOESNTEXIST for all vfp runtime files and ocx...

And as I already has been updated on the vfp release 7423 (on source PC) but did not uncheck this option... All the upgrades wasn't been unpack on the destiny...

So... For a matter of UT's history, I already check the mostly relevant messages to help on cases like this one.
