It will not make much sense to link you to german law.

Below is a link to a german online paper run by a company that otherwise publishes a major comp magazin (c't) and similars. See how they deal with links? Thats the only lawful over here. You might be sued in germany to set a link deep into somebodies web site. One can say that a visitor needs to go through home page. I dislike to point out botin reasons. But it's law.
