>>It will not make much sense to link you to german law.

>>Below is a link to a german online paper run by a company that otherwise publishes a major comp magazin (c't) and similars. See how they deal with links? Thats the only lawful over here. You might be sued in germany to set a link deep into somebodies web site. One can say that a visitor needs to go through home page. I dislike to point out botin reasons. But it's law.

>This doesn't make any sense. If you want something private, make it private. In here, if you do not want your message to be public, you may use a private message. If a site does not want to be public, they can hide it behind full authentication. Otherwise, Google will get it and index everything. So, I guess Google will be sued by all sites you are referring to. The goal of the Internet is to share information and there has never been anything wrong with that.
The internet is a network create by US military. The goal is to gather information and make money to wrap it up. Nothing else. This is capitalizm. :(
Anyway, that's the minor point. The major part are all those active adds you brought up lately. Those are much a big problem. If I like to be in youtube, I go to youtube. This gibes nothing valuable to the thread (I allways can visit the page) but disturb the flow of reading. I see no sense in those youtube stuff inside a message.
