To copy most of the settings from your machine, do the following:
1. Open the debugger, and make sure that the window Debug Output is visible. If necessary, clear the Debug Output window
2. Tools->Options
3. Shift-click OK
Copy the contents from Debug Output into a new prg, and run it on the other machines. After you run it, open Tools->Options, and press Set As Default.
