That link... is there for historical reasons. I can't rework everything (specially deep links like that) every time the format of URLs changes on target site - nobody does that, it's an endless task. True UTers will know that the stuff after the last comma is the message ID; the others don't need to know. If the link doesn't work for them, well, too bad.
