The app I am working on has a main window in which the main 'thing' runs, and spawns child windows for other things like setting stuff up, or getting reports, etc. When a child window opens it 'flashes' before the content of the window is displayed, and it looks unprofessional, not to mention that it is irritating as heck. Any solution to that?
