Hmm, I thought you could do that, maybe not.
Which approach do you want:
1. Rendered as an image in a standard VFP report - you could get some general ideas from something like

Rendered, but in a VFP report output as HTML - this would make your content active if it included links etc. I haven't used it but FoxyPreviewer claims to be able to output to HTML. You might need to inject your memo contents into the HTML output after the report is generated in FoxyPreviewer - or maybe in-line HTML is directly supported.
