There are a number of great threads on this topic from the past few months here. Searching for framework usually gives to many results, but if you search for some of the framework names like FoxExpress, Codebook, Mere Mortals, ProMatrix, Codemine, MaxFrame... you shouldn't have any trouble finding the threads.
