It's a soundbite allowing easy answers to complex questions while matching a familiar prejudice. Perhaps it's true because people feel it's true and want it to be true and even if you show it's not true, that's because you're a socialist appeaser and it's still true.

IMHO the proposition is easy enough to investigate without writing off the whole article because of its style or something Satanobama is claimed to have said. If this is true, then taxpayers are entitled to be alarmed at the suggestion that some choose not to work so as not to contribute financially to a kaffir nation. That's harder to quantify but it's a reasonable question to ask.
