Jean, from what I have read, JR's citation and level of government subsidization is correct. There are other European countries with similar stats. And in Sweden (and other countries but especially Sweden), the rape statistics are terrible.

Look, you can have people debate all day long about the reasons and causes and solutions - and I am staying out of those conversations right now because of how far the dialog has deteriorated. I prefer to focus on the major statistics. And the fact remains that you have multiple European countries with a large disproportionate (and unsustainable) % regarding state social benefits.
