What kind of menu?
Your code line means nothing to me. Is this some framework?

Why do you have all the menus in use? User can open just a single menu?
Or do you have such a deep menu structure?

You can remove / declare any menu if you need. I never have more then two menus active - SYSMENU and the recent popup. I remove the popup if I don't need it anymore. There is not much use in flooding memory with an endless number of menus that might or might be not used. It's a waste of time to preload too.

Menu definitions you might have as many as you like.
