You are right. But I tried to install the entire VS 2015 Community two times yesterday and both times it failed (no clear explanation though). I will try to install it (VS 2015) on another Windows 7 Prof today to see if I am successful.
Also, another thing was confusing. One time I tried to select which Feature of the VS 2015 Community I want to install and I didn't even see the C# feature. Perhaps the C# is a must and one does not have a choice. Mainly I wanted to skip installing the C++ and F# tools/libraries because I only use C#.
But just to confirm, the VS 2015 Community does have Console Applications, right? (because online I could not verify it).
