I wanted to find users from Estonia. I clicked on toolbar Search...Search for users tab...selected Estonia from the list of countries. After selecting it in the dropdown list, an error message came up saying something about minimum 3 characters, and the Country setting was reset to "All".

What I expected was for the country selection to remain "Estonia" and to be able to search for any users without having to enter any other criteria. I believe that was possible with the old member search function.
