That's the switch wich the lamp symbol as on any other car I've seen in my live even in the US or - more likely - it was automatic ....

Škoda and czech only in so far as it is produced there. It's a VW in olther fur.

I get an idea why US citizens are the only foreigners that need a special driver license in japan ...
