I have a question about case sensitivity.
When I SET COLLATE TO "MACHINE" I get .F. for "London"="LONDON".
But, when I SET COLLATE TO "CZECH" I get .T. for "London"="LONDON".

What is the problem here, and how to control case sensitivity?
