I saw the same issue yesterday, and I'm seeing it today as well. I first noticed it today with Message#1634403 . As far as I can tell it does not include any PRE tags.

Like Fernando, the horizontal scroll bar when present is almost off the bottom of the page and very difficult to use, especially since I have task bar auto-hide enabled.
