thank you sir for the reply. I was trying to transfer the data from the memo field into excel but it includes some special characters in it. I was trying to export it to excel without the special characters and id tried the mline() but it manage to display data only on the first line, the rest of the line i guest i have to do some looping.

but i also tried "LEFT(ALLTRIM(C.Remarks),254) as Remarks" and it show all the data in the memo field in one line as i wanted together witth the special characters which i dont want included in exporting to excel
