Just a follow-up (and I realize that I initially responded to the wrong thread). The X3RLB.prg does the trick (upon initial testing).
I wrote a bit of code to look through all datasessions for the table and then I ran X3RLB against that. I also put in some code to track the last time this routine had fired as I think users will understand if I tell them that it can take a couple minutes for the refresh to happen i.e. I don't refresh every time that the report is run, I just force a refresh every 5 minutes. I do this because they tend to go in and run a bunch of reports all at once and I didn't want it to be forcing a refresh on all the tables every 15 seconds as they run them.
