(a) Sell them separately on a 10-day auction.
(b) Seems best to time it so the auction ends mid-evening on a weekend.
(c) Provide a link to the manufacturers spec if poss.
(d) Slightly risky - but don't put on a reserve and keep to a low starting price.
(e) Give a realistic shipping price (don't use it as a way to make a few extra bucks :-}
