Well if it was a prg then it's even easier to explain. Just copy a few classes from elsewhere into a prg, then revisit the code a week later and mistype the search string, fail to find the class you were looking for, conclude that you forgot it the last time, copy again from that elsewhere, and there you are, having two classes with the same name in the same prg. Happens to me once a year.
