Okay, some agreement here. I think adults need to be sensitive to kids expressing a sense that their bodies and their genders don't match, but I don't think it's a question that needs to be raised with all kids. OTOH, I do think it's appropriate to include this stuff when we talk to kids about some people being different; obviously, what you say to 5-year-olds is different from what you say to 10-year-olds or 15-year-olds.
