You've got a point if everyone was born on equal terms. In reality this is not the case and it is impossible to achieve that anyways.
However, what can be done is to give every american affordable healthcare and equally for education.

No access to reasonable healthcase and education is characteristic for 3rd world countries. The US should not fall into that category.
