What about the passwordchar property?
>Is there a password mask character ("mask" might not be the right word) that I can use to fill a read-only textbox? In this case, I am not looking for a full blown class to allow the user to input a pw and have it masked by those ubiquitous circle characters (although probably some day I will need that too).

>In this case, the display field for a password is read-only and it just shows that a password has been entered (for help desk personnel). So I was just going to fill it with circles up to the length of the password. If a person has higher rights, then this field can be edited to put in a new password.

>I looked through an ascii chart and the closest I could come up with was ascii 248 (which really is not that close). I could fill it with "x"'s but that looks lame.
