Not really - the closest you can come to this would be to use the Zero Administration Kit (downloadable from Microsoft at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/zak/download.htm) to limit the Win95 desktop, and then launch the VFP application from a RunServices key to force it to run before the Win95 login dialog.
