Per Antonio's post, be aware that sappuser.dbf in the VPME9 directory is the default foxuser.dbf for VPM.
I have found that starting VPM by starting VFP calling VPM.APP (in a shortcut, default dir being the vpme9 directory) also can be a help with these crashes.
