Steve:
NO! Being new to VFP, I spent some time manipulating .frx files. Unless, I use VFP to modify the report the EXPR, TAG1 & TAG2 fields remain empty.
Suggestion:
Assuming you have 2 printers available to your App. Set the Win95 default printer to 1 of the printers. In your Fox App, set the printer to the same printer. Run your App. Change the Win95 printer to the other printer. Re-run your Fox App. I "think" that the printer will remain the same. Change the printer in VFP to the other printer and re-run. I don't remember running this process in an EXE, only as an APP in the development environment and it was 3 months ago.
FWIW, I wrote some barcode labels that scales the labels based upon the size. I stored the 8-9 different font metrics in the .lbx, open the table programmatically and re-write the many fields in the table based upon the size of the label selected, close the table and call the label form.
