I have a dymo 4XL that I print a 4x6 shipping label to. The content of the shipping label is a single PNG image (delivered by EasyPost API). The Picture/OLE control on the report is set to 'Scale contents, retain shape". There is nothing else on the report. This report uses Report Behavior 90 because 80 won't scale PNG images. The default Dymo print properties are set to the 4x6 label size. This works perfectly on my computer, every other computer in my office, and various customer computers. I have one customer, however, that no matter what we do, the label prints as thought the Picture/OLE control is set to 'Clip contents'.

Any ideas?
