Tamar, please name me a single state where Donald Trump did not carry the highest vote count yet walked away with the highest total delegate count.
Because I can name states where Sanders won but the delegate breakdown is ridiculous.

Also keep in mind that the Republicans initially started with almost 20 people. The Dems started with far fewer.

Democrats have added more super-delegates over the years.

Here's a quote from DWS:

"Unpledged delegates exist really to make sure that party leaders and elected officials don't have to be in a position where they are running against grassroots activists."

That's a quote from the DNC Chairwoman.

I'm not saying the R approach is best - but the 'D' approach currently is less democratic by comparison.
