Hi,
The way I understand is a MD5 hash returns a value of a string of 32 alphanumeric characters (correct me, please, if I am wrong). And I understand that this is regardless of the length of the string passed to the hash function.
Therefore, what would be the type and the size of the column in SQL server database best to store the value?
