I had tried that route before posting, but the only thing useful I can do under Startup/Shutdown is set the number of seconds the menu stays there. Plus, it never listed the third menu option for Setup. I'm figuring it's a user rights thing maybe, but Ed's suggestion worked for me just fine. Thanks for suggestion.
