have unzipped your files, apart from a missing DBC file, the stockent.scx opens on my pc without flash. What is your main form? as it seems your Stockent.scx is TopLevel is this form not called from a menu?
For me the usual configuration is a top level form with a menu attached, calling all kind of forms into this. It seems this is missing.
Also your config.fpw not available in the zip.
