Ah! I remember i put an application for imaging with imagemagick with an old version (binary to install ImageMagick-6.6.5-10-Q16-windows-dll.exe).
all with visual foxpro and automation (IM is shipped with a com object dll) or command lines.

Of course if work with imaging from vfp there is 2 tools can drive that with 100% vfp code:
-native vfp9 gdiplus class (shipped with vfp9)
-gdiplusX (download stable version 20 in codeplex).
